Hey!

I have three goals for this blog. 

1. To create a log of the different storytimes I’ve done and how they’ve gone.

2. To share my craft creations- crafts, flannels, props, etc. 

3. To bulk up my reader’s advisory abilities for youth. 

Since I am new to the job and started a day before fall publicity was due, my first priority will be working on RA since my programming schedule will be slim for a few months (until October…). Each month, I’m going to pick a theme, or an age level and  read as much or as little as my schedule allows, and then blog my book reviews. For July’s theme, I’ll be starting with First Chapter books- or elementary readers, as we label them here.
